Structure of tire changer
1. Host workbench: The tires are mainly disassembled on this platform, which mainly plays the role of placing tires and rotating them.
2. Separation arm: On the side of the tire removal machine, it is mainly used to separate the tire from the rim, so that the tire removal can be carried out smoothly.
3. Inflation and deflation device: It mainly serves to release the air in the tire for easy inflation or disassembly, and there is also a barometer for measuring air pressure. The general tire pressure is around 2.2 atmospheres. Also equal to 0.2Mpa.
4. Pedals: There are 3 pedal switches under the tire changer, which are respectively used to rotate the switch clockwise and counterclockwise, separate the tightening switch, and separate the rim and tire switch.
5. Lubricating fluid: It is beneficial to the disassembly and assembly of tires, reduces the damage during tire disassembly and assembly, and makes the tire disassembly and assembly work better completed.
