When is wheel balancing required?
As long as the tire and rim are assembled together, a set of dynamic balance adjustments is required. Whether it is for replacing the rim or replacing the old tire with a new one, even if nothing is changed, the tire is removed from the rim for inspection. As long as the rim and tire are reassembled separately, dynamic balancing is required.
